Shipping & Returns

Important Information about the Canada Post Strike

As of November 15, 2024, all orders placed within Canada, or shipping internationally between Canada and the US will be delayed due to the Canada Post strike. Unfortunately, other shipping options now have inflated pricing so we are not offering alternatives at this time. Thank you for understanding. If you choose to still place an order, understand that we will ship it as soon as the strike is resolved.

All orders shipping within the US are unaffected. US to Canada shipping will be delayed.

Shipping Policy

SHIPPING RATES SHOWN ARE IN US DOLLARS. Rates will be converted to CAD after you choose your currency and add the item(s) to your cart.

NOTE: If you are combining US & Canada Based items in one order, the highest applicable shipping rate will be added just once

You can select your shipping method during checkout. The following rates apply, and are subject to change:

Beaded Jewelry & Apparel: (Shipping from the US)

US Standard: $5 (tracked)

US Priority: $9.90 (tracked and insured)

Canada Standard: $17 (tracked)

US to Canada Shipping please allow 10+ business days for your order to arrive. Shipping times vary due to customs and are outside of our control.

Beaded Jewelry: (Shipping from Canada)
Canada Priority: $10 flat rate (tracked and insured)

US Priority: $12 (tracked and insured) - all jewelry shipping from Canada to the US is shipped with tracking, at the standard delivery time

Canada to US Shipping please allow 10+ business days for your order to arrive.​

NEW - FREE LOCAL PICKUP

All items in your cart, must be shipping from the same location (Buffalo, NY or Kamloops, BC). If your cart combines items from both locations you will see a shipping charge for some of the items)  If you select this option, and you are not located near either of our pickup cities, your order may be cancelled. PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PLACING YOUR ORDER TO CONFIRM PICKUP DETAILS, using the contact form on our website.


Currently we are not shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.

We are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged packages that are not insured.

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love your item(s), but if something is wrong, please contact us immediately by email (or the contact form) so we can come to a resolution. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items on non-insured shipments. Thank you for supporting our small business.
